What is the minimum order for each product?
Mailer boxes, rigid gift boxes and shipping cartons start at 500 pieces per design. Molded pulp trays start at 3,000 pieces per design.

01 · Mailer boxes
Mailers that open like the brand, not like a parcel
Tuck-top and crash-lock mailers, printed in full colour on our Heidelberg presses and glued on automatic lines. For subscriptions and direct-to-consumer orders, the box is the first thing the customer touches.

02 · Rigid gift boxes
Rigid boxes made in parts: base, lid, wrap and insert
Greyboard is cut and wrapped by hand in printed art paper, then fitted with an insert sized to your product. Use them where the box is part of the sale: beauty, electronics and gifting.

03 · Shipping cartons
Corrugated cartons for heavier goods and multi-unit packs
Regular slotted and die-cut cartons, single or double wall, in standard or custom sizes. Pick the flute by how much the box has to take in stacking and transit.

04 · Molded pulp trays
Plastic-free inserts shaped around your product
Trays are pressed from recycled paper fibre in a mould cut for your product. They protect electronics and cosmetics without foam or plastic, and they sit inside a printed box.
Mould
We cut a mould to the shape of your product.
Press
Recycled fibre is pressed into the mould.
Dry and trim
Trays are dried, trimmed and counted.
Test fit
Your product is tested in the tray before the run.

Before you order
Questions about products and ordering
Do I need to send a dieline?
No. Send the box size and we draw the cutting and folding lines. You approve a printed proof before anything is cut.
Can you match our Pantone colours?
We match to a printed proof. Send the Pantone reference and we confirm it on the proof before the bulk run.
Are the boxes recyclable?
Corrugated board, paper and molded pulp are recyclable fibre. Laminated or foil finishes change that, and we flag it when we quote.
What do you need to quote a box?
Length, width and height in millimetres, quantity, product type and artwork format. Sales replies Monday to Saturday, 8:30–18:00 Beijing time.
