Brightline Packaging prints and folds corrugated mailers, rigid gift boxes, shipping cartons and FSC molded pulp trays in our own plant. Boxes start at 500 pieces per design; molded pulp trays at 3,000.

Before cutting
Approve the dieline
We draw the cutting and folding lines and send a proof. Nothing is cut until you sign it off.

A printed, folded sample so you can check fit, colour and strength before you commit.

Bulk production
Once the sample is approved, the run goes onto our Heidelberg presses and automatic gluing lines.

We print and fold in our own plant
Brightline has run a 12,000 m² plant in Yinzhou, Ningbo since 2012. We print on Heidelberg presses and fold on automatic gluing lines, so the sample you approve comes off the same equipment as the bulk run.

Can you print our logo and brand colours?
Yes. We print a proof first, and the colour is checked against it before the bulk run starts.
What is the minimum order?
500 pieces per design for mailers, gift boxes and cartons. Molded pulp trays start at 3,000 pieces per design.
How long until I have a sample?
Samples take 5–7 days. Full production takes 15–20 days after you approve the sample.
Are your materials FSC certified?
Yes, our FSC certified board and paper are the standard materials. Molded pulp trays are an option when you want to replace plastic inserts.
What files do you need to start?
Box dimensions and quantity are enough to begin. For print, send vector PDF or AI artwork. Without files, send a sketch and we will prepare them.
