Before you write

Questions buyers ask before they send a request

What information do I need to send for a quote?: Box size in millimetres, quantity, product type and artwork format. A rough sketch is enough to start, and we will ask for anything else we need.
How do I request a physical sample?: Use the form on this page, or email sales@brightline-pack.com with the size and quantity. We confirm the structure, then make a printed sample in 5–7 days.
What are your business hours?: Monday to Saturday, 8:30–18:00 Beijing time. Messages sent outside those hours are read when the office reopens.
How long until my boxes are ready?: A sample takes 5–7 days. Bulk production takes 15–20 days after you approve the sample. Shipping time comes on top of that.
