About the factory
We have made custom boxes in Yinzhou, Ningbo, since 2012.
Brightline Packaging is a factory, not a broker. We print, die-cut and glue every order in our own 12,000 m² plant, so the sample you approve comes off the same machines as the bulk run.

Printing and gluing under one roof
The print hall, die-cutting and folder-gluing lines share one plant in Yinzhou. The work moves from press to gluing without a second supplier, so the 5–7 day sample schedule stays in our hands.

Heidelberg presses
Offset printing for full-colour runs, with colour checked against a printed proof.

Automatic gluing lines
Folder-gluers fold and glue mailers and cartons, so the bulk run does not depend on hand assembly.

Die-cutting
Cut to the approved dieline, so the sample and the bulk run share one cutting line.
How an order moves
From your dieline to a pallet, in five steps

Dieline
We draw the cutting and folding lines from your size, and send a proof.
- 02
Print
Artwork goes to the Heidelberg presses and is colour checked against the proof.
- 03
Die-cut
Printed sheets are cut to the approved dieline.
- 04
Glue and fold
Automatic gluing lines fold and glue each box.
- 05
Inspect and pack
Each batch is checked against the sample, then packed and palletised.
Materials
FSC certified board, and fibre that goes back into paper
Our corrugated board and paper carry FSC certification, and molded pulp trays are pressed from recycled fibre. Tell us the finish you need: lamination and foil change how a box can be recycled, and we flag that when we quote.
